1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Courier service delays.
Severe weather conditions.
Public holidays.
High seasonal demand.
Unexpected transport or logistics disruptions.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this email will include your tracking number together with a tracking link.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Arvexo cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.

5. Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations because of legal, courier, or logistical restrictions. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly.
